SHIPPING METHODS

The following delivery times are estimated:

Italy: 1-2 working days, except unforeseen (external causes and/or remote places).

Europe: 2-4 working days for main destinations / 4-5 working days for remote destinations

The personal data and the delivery address of the products can be checked by Ferrantino at any time. The shipping costs of the products are charged to the customer and will be indicated from time to

time on the portal. The shipment of the products is subject to the advance payment, by the customer, of the relative price by the chosen means, except in the only case of the choice of cash on delivery.

To meet administrative and logistical needs, when communicating personal data on the portal, the Customer is obliged to enter the landline or mobile phone number, where it can be found.

Ferrantino reserves the right to refuse the purchase proposal (order) sent, by way of example and not exhaustively, in the following cases: supply of non-real personal data; previous non-fulfillment for any reason against Ferrantino, submission to bankruptcy procedures, lack of availability of the Products - for any reason - in the warehouses and in any other case incompatible with economic interests and company policies.
