RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered or if you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the term of thirty (30) business days provided by Italian law.

The products must be returned as far as possible in their original packaging, with the original labels attached and shall not be damaged or altered in any way.

The return of the purchased product within the terms above replaces, in any event, the written communication provided for in art.52 of Legislative Decree 21 of 21 February 2014.

You will be refunded, within fourteen (14) business days, of the amount paid for the returned product, excluded shipping costs, if applied at the time of purchase, by the method you used to make the payment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING BY POST

For returning an item by post, you must return it, together with the withdrawal form, within thirty (30) days after delivery to the following address:
